Regarding reservations

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Our facility has the following cancellation policy for reservations:
From confirmation until 31 days before: Free
From 30 days to 15 days before: 50%
From 14 days to the day of arrival (including no-show): 100%

Please note that policies may vary depending on your selected package.

Can I make a last-minute reservation?

We accept reservations until 8:00 AM on the day of your stay.
Please feel free to inquire about availability, as it may vary depending on the package.

Can children stay at the accommodation?

Regardless of age, children are welcome to stay. Please refer to the reservation page for pricing details.

When do I make the payment?

Payment is requested at the time of check-in. If you order additional services during your stay, payment will be requested at the time of check-out.

Regarding your accomodation

How many people can stay?

Accommodations are available for 2 to 5 guests. Please check the individual facility page for the maximum occupancy, as it varies by property.

Will I share the room with other guests?

All our accommodations are private rentals for one group per day. You can reserve the entire building exclusively for your party, and there will be no interaction with other guests.

Are there any amenities available?

We provide amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razors, pajamas, and more at our accommodations. The specific amenities may vary depending on each facility, so please check the facility’s page for details.

Is it a non-smoking facility?

Smoking is not allowed throughout our property. For designated smoking areas, please inquire with our staff at the time of check-in.

Can I cook?

Each facility has a basic kitchen. Details of kitchen equipment may vary by property, so please refer to the facility page for more information.

Regarding services

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is at 11:00.

*As there may not be staff on-site at the property, please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.

Can I store my luggage?

We unfortunately do not offer luggage storage before or after check-in, and we do not accept advance luggage delivery. You are welcome to receive delivery parcels during your stay.

Is there parking available?

We do not have parking facilities. If you are arriving by car, we can provide information about nearby parking options, so please let us know in advance.

Are there options for special occasions?

Yes, we can arrange for special occasion options such as cakes, flower bouquets, and decorations. Please refer to the special occasions page for pricing and details. We can also assist with surprises, so feel free to inquire.

Is it possible for non-guests to enter the accommodation?

Entry for individuals who are not registered guests is generally not allowed.
However, if you notify us in advance, we can permit entry for one person free of charge (entry is allowed until 10:00 PM).
For each additional person, a separate fee of 3,300 yen per person will apply.
