Experience programs unique to Isshinji Temple
<Program Contents>
・Mind — Zazen (Zen meditation) guided by the vice chief priest of Isshin-ji Temple. Focus on breathing and posture to quiet the mind and connect with yourself.
・Clothing — Change into samue (temple workwear), wear a stole, and purify your body and mind with incense to prepare for a peaceful morning.
・Food — Enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast of “Ichiju-Issai” (soup and one dish), appreciating the blessing of life that nourishes both body and heart.
・Living — Polish temple ornaments with care, reflecting on the importance of treating the objects around you with mindfulness and respect.
