I am the Concierge at Araiya hotel.
I was born in Tokyo and brought up in Shinagawa. For more than 10 years I have been employed in Japanese style inns known as “Ryokan” and working for foreign owned hotels. II have visited over 47 prefectures in Japan and travelled to more than 20 countries.
I will use this knowledge to show you the local charms available in Japan We will provide the best support by utilizing the facilities and services of the local and neighboring areas to meet customer’s requests from before they arrive until after they leave. We will do everything we can to make you feel secure and to impress you with our good customer service.

Recommended Tourist Information
It’s a 5 minute walk to an area called “Sengakuji” which is also the name of the main train station. This area is a national treasure which contains a temple that is the resting place of the 47 Ronin. This temple is a recommended place to visit as many people from all over Japan come to this temple every year.
